Greenside
Greenside is a 65-unit workforce affordable multifamily housing development, which is part of a mixed-use, mixed-income, multi-block master plan within the Granary District of Salt Lake City, UT. The project includes 6,700 SF of commercial space to support local businesses and facilitate meaningful community services, goods and amenities. Greenside will abut and create access to a local park, which is designed to facilitate social cohesion and will address a lack of tree canopy in the Granary. The project delivered in Q1 2026.
