Blackwood Cottages is a 120 single-family housing development in Bozeman, MT. The Cottages are part of a larger, masterplanned community, which includes multifamily housing, as well as commercial and retail space to support the surrounding community. They are in close proximity to downtown Bozeman and key demand drivers, such as Montana State University.
