Blackwood Cottages is a 120 single-family housing development in Bozeman, Montana. This project employs sustainability best practices in design, construction and operations, including water conservation measures, high-efficiency insulating materials and windows, and the capacity for rooftop solar, anticipated for installation in 2025. Additionally, Blackwood Cottages offers rent reporting, which allows residents to use their on-time rental payments to establish and/or build credit over time.
