Greenside at Silo Park
Greenside at Silo Park (“Greenside”) is a 65-unit workforce affordable multifamily housing development, which is part of a mixed-use, mixed-income, multi-block master plan within the Granary District of Salt Lake City, UT. The project includes 6,700 SF of commercial space to support local businesses and facilitate meaningful community services, goods and amenities. Greenside abuts and createa access to a local park, which is designed to facilitate social cohesion and will address a lack of tree canopy in the Granary. The project delivered in Q1 2026.
Catalyst Announces Completion of Greenside at Silo Park, the First Building to Open on Salt Lake City's Silos Block
In late February, residents began moving into Greenside at Silo Park, a 65-unit workforce housing development in the historic Granary District, purpose-built for households earning below 80% AMI.
