
Mansion House
Mansion House is a redevelopment of an existing 415-unit workforce affordable multifamily housing building, constructed in 1965, in St. Louis, MO. The property is located across the street from Gateway Arch National Park, the second most visited national monument, which includes 11 acres of parkland and 5 miles of walking and bike paths. Additionally, it is adjacent to the St. Louis Federal Reserve, an important federal banking institution and tourist attraction. Located along St. Louis’ Metrolink train lines, Mansion House offers a transit-oriented housing option.
In addition to preserving workforce attainable housing units, Mansion House will redevelop 70,000 SF of ground floor commercial space to support local businesses and facilitate meaningful community services, goods and amenities. The redevelopment of Mansion House will leverage sustainability best practices to improve the environmental impact of the building. The project has recieved meaningful government subsidy, including both Federal and State Historic Tax Credits.
