
Pickle & Hide
Pickle & Hide is a mixed-income multifamily adaptive reuse project, which includes 141 units of residential housing atop a 168-stall garage, with ~21,000 SF of ground floor commercial space. The project was awarded a tax incentive and lower cost construction financing in exchange for affordability. It includes units priced affordably to households earning <80% AMI, as well as units that are deed-restricted for 15 years at 60% AMI.
Pickle & Hide is located in the heart of Salt Lake City’s Granary District, which has recently experienced an urban renaissance, catalyzing the redevelopment of dilapidated warehouses into apartment buildings, restaurants, art studios, entertainment venues and office space. Pickle & Hide aims to retain >50% of the existing historic structures, which will significantly reduce the project’s waste and carbon footprint, as well as preserve the buildings’ histories and character. The project is estimated to deliver in Q3 2026.
