Painter’s Row

Painter’s Row is an adaptive reuse of two, 1880s brick warehouses into 102-units of workforce attainable multifamily housing in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to quality, attainable housing, Painter’s Row includes 2,000 SF of commercial space to support local businesses and facilitate meaningful community services, goods and amenities. Through adaptive reuse practices, Painter’s Row was able to retain meaningful portions of the existing structure, thereby reducing the project’s waste and carbon footprint. The project was developed in partnership with a women-owned and -led development firm.
