Silos South is a mixed-use master planned development, which includes up to 495 multifamily units across 2 buildings, and 36,830 SF of adaptive reuse commercial space to support local businesses and facilitate community services, goods and amenities. Located in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, UT, the multifamily component will offer a dynamic mix of market-rate and workforce affordable housing, creating a a cohesive, mixed-income neighborhood. Additionally, Silos South will abut and create access to a local park, which is designed to facilitate social cohesion and address a lack of tree canopy in the Granary. The project is estimated to deliver in Q1 2028.
