The Moraine is a 160-unit workforce affordable multifamily housing development in Tacoma, WA. The property is located west of Downtown Tacoma in the highly-walkable Hilltop Neighborhood, with strong access to public transit and nearby demand drivers, including two medical campuses and a convention center. In addition to providing quality, affordable housing, the Moraine employs best practices in sustainable design, including Energy Star and WaterSense appliances, as well as rooftop solar.
